Tale of 4 Oldhammer Gamers - Pt.8 - Hobgoblin/Goblin Chariot

So arhhh back to whole Blogging wotsit then!

2 whole posts this month and it's a far cry from 1 every few days, but have no fear I'll try to update more often.

Anyway on too the Blog post!

Tale of 4 Oldhammer Gamers.

Those taking part are:

James author of Realm of Chaos 80's
Steve author of Eldritch Epistles
Paul author of The Black Hole

And of course myself.

So the idea being is paint a 1000pts in 12 months.

Anyway here's this months entry:

It's a Ral Partha Europe Chariot and I have to say it's grown on me as I was painting/re-painting it.

Sculpted by Bob Olley as you no doubt can tell from the overboard style.

Costing a mere £9 it's a bargin and I have a second one too do sitting in my to paint paint draw.

I'm well ok track to finish the force, lets hope everyone else is.

Thanks for looking!

  1. Great work mate, not a favourite as Goblin Chariots go (Grom still holds that spot for me, still need to dig the bugger out of the back of my drawer and finish him), but I think it's a charming little piece.

I've been perusing the Ral Partha Europe store over the last couple of days, I'm getting tempted by a few things for a project I want to do, but need to hold off for now until I make headway with old and current projects.

  2. Great stuff, looking forward to some chariot action on the big day!

  3. Good to see you back Chico - and that is a mean machine to return with too!

  4. Looking good Chico - reminds me that I should do my Bob Olley chariot some day along with the rest as chariots are about the only thing I'm missing from my Greenskin horde...

  5. Looks awesome, I miss my old orc and goblin army should've never sold it oh well
